Why won't anyone hire me?!? I have applied to at least 20 jobs since passing my National Registry test and have not received one phone call, email, anything asking for an interview! I realize they prefer experience, but how am I supposed to gain experience when nobody will give me a chance?? I think I would prefer a pool position in an ER over working with an ambulance company, so that's where my main focus has been. I'm hoping the new year will bring a job for me. We'll see.
In the meantime, I have cut my hair very short. (No, I don't look like a boy). I think it was the result of hormones getting the better of me. I love it though, so, it's all good. The older kids just finished their first semester. They both did very well. We now have a two week break! Yippee!! What to do, what to do? We'll figure something out.

I fear it is a sign of the times. I wish it was going better for you. I'm sure it'll get better. That first job in a field tends to be the most difficult.
So, are you going to post a picture of the new haircut? :)
