Tonight's workout is a pullup ladder. For those of you who haven't done this workout before, you do one pullup for every minute. On minute one, you do one pullup, at the second minute, you do two, third minute, three pullups, etc. Remember, most of us do jumping pullups, so don't worry if you can't do a "real" pullup.
