May 27th Workout




This workout is going to sound really, really, horrible. We've done it before, and we're all still alive. Keep that happy thought on your mind. :-)


120 pullups


120 ring dips


(These can be broken up any way you like...10 at a time, 20 at a time, whatever)

Broken up any way I like ... such as 1 a day for the next 120 days...?

I convinced myself to take a mulligan today (in the interest of my health, of course!), but I've motivated myself all the way up to "maaaaybe." 120 is a lot of anything, and I had problems with yesterday's.

Just curious, what do you do if you can only do 3 pullups (like me)? Does someone help you?

Jenny- We do jumping pullups. So far, Scott is the only one who can consistently do real pullups.
