"Twins"


Two rounds, of each couplet, for time of:


75 SDHP (Sumo deadlift high pull) with 26 or 35 lb kettle bell

20 incline Push-ups



115 pound Thruster, 20 reps (Weight will be adjusted to your preference)

20 Pull-ups
