Crossfit Exercise for May 13th

I am going to try and add a post to my blog with the WOD's (Workout of the day). I don't know how well it will work, so all we can do is try.

Tonight at 8:30 p.m. in my backyard we will be doing Cindy. That consists of:

5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

As many rounds as you can do in 20 minutes.

Anyone of any fitness level is welcome.

Ohhh, what are you doing? It's never good for me to know the workout before I show up. I'll just have to stop looking at your blog. But I know if I see you post a workout...I'll have to look. I guess I like torture...that's why I go to crossfit right?
