People I can't drive behind...no offense

Here is a list of folks I've determined are not good for my blood pressure to drive behind:

• Out of state (this does not include California)
• Out of the country
• If I can't see your head above the head rest
• If you have ANY stuffed animals in the back window
• A tissue box in the back window
• Sheepskin anywhere in the car-ie. steering wheel cover or seatbelt cover
