Our ward just had their Christmas party the other day. Complete with chili...yes chili. It was a different menu idea, but it turned out good. There was a ton of people, and a line to see Santa that resembled some I've been in at Disneyland. For a while, I don't think it moved at all. I think kids just kept getting in line. All in all, it was a fun night. I wish Scott wasn't working, but I have learned to hold my own. Luckily, the kids didn't go nuts. That's one thing I can't stand at church functions...kids running and screaming through the cultural hall. It never fails to happen. I thought Natalie would like to sit on Santa's lap. Fat chance. So, here we are...maybe next year Nat will take the plunge and sit.

it was fun, huh? I luuuuuve chili. =) I was really glad Dan wasn't on shift that night. He'll miss the primary singing on the Sunday before Christmas though. =(
